Complete Body Management is a comprehensive 6 week programme which combines Personal Training with Nutrition advice, lifestyle coaching to implement planning, frequency, time and type of activity, neuro linguistic programming (NLP) to change unwanted beliefs and behaviors and implement strategies to ensure goals are met and a new healthier lifestyle is created.
