This group of workshops addresses how, why and what we eat can be more than just to ease hunger and nutritional needs.
Kick the diet is a programme using techniques such as Neuro-linguistic programming, Life Coaching, nutritional facts about what food your body needs and correct exercise and activity methods.
You will be given the opportunity to think about your your eating habits and your relationship with food and activity and learn new behaviors, whilst sharing and relating to others with similar experiences.
